Chris Albanese

Chris Albanese has a broad range of political and policy experience suited for effective lobbying and legislative campaigns.

Prior to joining Strategic Public Partners, Chris was unanimously elected by members of the Correctional Institution Inspection Committee to the position of Executive Director in February of 2021. Previously, Chris has served two governors and three speakers, most recently as Policy Director for Speaker Bob Cupp. He’s worked on local, state, and federal elections, helping secure the highest vote percentage in the history of Ohio’s citizen initiated constitutional amendments in 2017.

Chris is a member of Resurrection Catholic Church, and has degrees in Social Justice and Theology from Ohio Dominican University. Chris lives in Gahanna, Ohio with his two angel babies; Arden (6) and Sullivan (4).
